Ch Muhammad Arshad son of Ch Wali Muhammad was born on April 20, 1970 at Chichawatni, District Sahiwal. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 2001 from
Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. An agriculturist, who served as Nazim, Union Council for nine months in 2001; as Member, Provincial Assembly of the
Punjab during 2002-07 and 2008-2013; and functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Education during 2003-07. He has been elected as Member,
Punjab Assembly for the third consecutive term in general elections 2013 and is serving as Special Assistant to Chief Minister for Livestock & Dairy
Development. He has visited Turkey, China, Germany and UK. His brother, Ch Muhammad Hanif is a sitting MPA from PP-226; and his another brother, Ch
Muhammad Tufail has served as Tehsil Nazim Chichawatni.
